KEMMLIT-Ireland, a leading provider of Cleanroom furniture and fit-out solutions for the Pharma, Biopharma, and Life Sciences sectors, is seeking a highly motivated and results-oriented Key Account Manager to join our dynamic team.
In this role, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining strong, long-term relationships with key clients across the construction, planning, architecture, and engineering sectors. You will play a crucial role in driving business growth by identifying new opportunities, exceeding sales targets, and delivering exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute strategic account plans to strengthen and expand client relationships.
- Build and nurture strong relationships with key decision-makers at target accounts.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities within existing and new client accounts.
- Negotiate and close deals that meet both customer and company objectives.
- Track sales performance, analyse market trends, and provide insightful reports to management.
- Deliver compelling presentations and proposals that effectively communicate the value proposition of KEMMLIT’s solutions.
- Provide technical support and guidance to clients throughout the project lifecycle.
- Collaborate closely with internal teams (engineering, production, R&D) to ensure seamless project execution.
- Represent KEMMLIT at industry events and conferences to expand professional networks.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field preferred.
- Proven track record of success in a Key Account Management or Sales role within a competitive environment.
- Demonstrated ability to exceed sales targets and drive revenue growth.
- Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to identify and capitalize on new opportunities.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Willingness to travel domestically and internationally as required.
