We are currently seeking an administrator to join our team in Dublin.

Job Description:

As an administrator in Kemmlit Ireland Limited, you will be responsible for many aspects of our business and will be involved across multiple departments and countries.

 Key Responsibilities:

Support all operations of the company including:

  • Revision and preparations of tenders and quotations along with the sales team
  • Financial systems organisation such as generate customer invoices, upload bills, schedule payments, budgets and reporting to the Head of Operations
  • Marketing and social media posting
  • Acting as second-in-command to the manager and taking care of all duties in their absence.
  • Assisting the Manager with operational issues.
  • Scheduling meetings and team building sessions as required.
  • Promptly answering the questions of staff and other stakeholders.
  • Providing excellent customer service and maintaining relationships with vendors.
  • Preparing and filing forms and other documents.
  • Assisting with recruitment and onboarding processes.
  • Updating logs and order forms.
  • Analysing all operations and forwarding suggestions for improvement to the Manager.
  • Other day to day aspects of the business operations

Administrator position Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Previous experience in a similar role.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Highly organised
  • Trustworthy and reliable with great interpersonal skills.
  • A willingness to learn.
  • A great team player.
