Job Description: As an Administrator at Kemmlit Ireland Limited, you’ll be a pivotal part of our business, supporting various departments and contributing to our exceptional team spirit.

Key Responsibilities:
- Support all company operations, reflecting our unique culture.
- Revision and preparation of tenders and quotations with the sales team.
- Financial systems organization, including generating customer invoices, uploading bills, scheduling payments, managing budgets, and reporting to the Head of Operations.
- Marketing and social media posting.
- Acting as second-in-command to the manager in their absence.
- Assisting the Manager with operational issues.
- Scheduling meetings and team-building sessions as required.
- Promptly addressing staff and stakeholder inquiries.
- Providing excellent customer service and maintaining vendor relationships.
- Preparing and filing forms and documents.
- Assisting with recruitment and onboarding processes.
- Updating logs and order forms.
- Analysing operations and providing improvement suggestions to the Manager.
- Managing other day-to-day aspects of business operations.
Administrator Position Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience in a similar role.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Highly organized.
- Trustworthy and reliable with excellent interpersonal skills.
- Willingness to learn.
- Strong team player.
