Job Description: As an Administrator at Kemmlit Ireland Limited, you’ll be a pivotal part of our business, supporting various departments and contributing to our exceptional team spirit.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support all company operations, reflecting our unique culture.
  • Revision and preparation of tenders and quotations with the sales team.
  • Financial systems organization, including generating customer invoices, uploading bills, scheduling payments, managing budgets, and reporting to the Head of Operations.
  • Marketing and social media posting.
  • Acting as second-in-command to the manager in their absence.
  • Assisting the Manager with operational issues.
  • Scheduling meetings and team-building sessions as required.
  • Promptly addressing staff and stakeholder inquiries.
  • Providing excellent customer service and maintaining vendor relationships.
  • Preparing and filing forms and documents.
  • Assisting with recruitment and onboarding processes.
  • Updating logs and order forms.
  • Analysing operations and providing improvement suggestions to the Manager.
  • Managing other day-to-day aspects of business operations.

 

Administrator Position Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Previous experience in a similar role.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Highly organized.
  • Trustworthy and reliable with excellent interpersonal skills.
  • Willingness to learn.
  • Strong team player.
